Booking requests and confirmation

• Submitting the website form creates a booking request only. It is not a confirmed booking and does not reserve a place until Marrakech Surf & Snow confirms availability, pickup details, final price and payment.
• Guests must provide accurate name, WhatsApp or email, activity, preferred date, number of people and pickup location. Missing or wrong information can delay or prevent confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only when the manager confirms the final plan and the payment status is marked paid manually or by a future verified online payment system.

Prices and payment

• Prices can depend on activity, date, season, group size, transport, equipment, supplier availability and custom requests.
• Do not send payment until Marrakech Surf & Snow confirms availability and gives payment instructions through the official WhatsApp, email or booking voucher flow.
• Unpaid requests remain requests. They are not guaranteed reservations.

Changes, cancellation and no-show

• Change requests must be sent on WhatsApp with the booking reference. Changes are possible only when availability, transport and provider timing allow it.
• Cancellation terms depend on the activity, supplier, date and season. The active policy is confirmed before payment and is shown on the voucher snapshot.
• Once pickup details are agreed for a confirmed booking, no-shows or very late arrivals may be charged according to the confirmed policy.

Weather, surf, snow and safety

• Surf, snow, wakeboarding, balloon and mountain activities depend on weather and conditions. The route, timing, activity plan or date may be changed when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
• Morocco can offer surf all year, but wave size and suitable spots vary by season and level.
• Oukaimeden snow trips are seasonal. Snow is usually checked close to the travel date and cannot be guaranteed.

Pickup, transport and punctuality

• Hotel, riad, airport or meeting-point pickup details are confirmed before the trip. Some medina riads require a nearby vehicle meeting point.
• Guests must be ready at the agreed pickup point on time with the phone available for driver or manager contact.
• Transfers require clear flight number, arrival or departure time, destination address, passenger count and luggage count.

Travel documents, health and insurance

• Guests are responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, health advice and any documents required for travel to Morocco.
• Guests must have adequate travel insurance covering activities, medical needs, belongings, loss, theft, damage and injury.
• Marrakech Surf & Snow accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or injury to persons or property during travel except where required by law.

Clothing, equipment and personal items

• Guests should dress for the activity and season. Beachwear is suitable at the beach, modest clothing is respectful in town, and warm waterproof clothing is required for snow days.
• Equipment is included only when it is clearly listed or confirmed for the selected activity. Ski and snowboard clothing is not automatically provided.
• Guests are responsible for personal belongings and for damage caused by misuse or negligence.

Guest conduct and local rules

• Guests must respect local laws, Moroccan culture, drivers, guides, providers and other guests.
• Unsafe, abusive or illegal behavior can lead to refusal of service without refund where allowed by the confirmed policy.
• Alcohol is available in some tourist areas but local customs and provider rules must be respected.
