FAQ

Before you contact us

Most guest questions are answered here so you can book faster and avoid unnecessary messages.

How do I book a trip?

Send a booking request with your name, WhatsApp or email, activity, preferred date, number of people and pickup location. We reply with availability, timing, final price and payment instructions.

Is my booking confirmed as soon as I send the form?

No. The form creates a booking request. Your place is confirmed only after the manager confirms availability, pickup details and full payment is received.

Do I need an account to book?

No guest account is needed. You receive a voucher link after sending the request, and the rest of the conversation happens by WhatsApp or email.

What should I write in my request?

Send your activity, preferred date, group size, hotel or riad name, room or pickup notes if available, activity level, and any special request such as children, luggage, flight details or private transport.

Do you offer hotel and riad pickup in Marrakech?

Most trips include pickup from your hotel, riad or an easy nearby meeting point in Marrakech. The exact meeting time and place are confirmed before payment.

Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes. Send your flight number, arrival or departure time, passenger count, luggage count and destination address so the transfer can be confirmed clearly.

Can I book last minute?

Sometimes yes, depending on the activity, season, transport and supplier availability. WhatsApp is fastest for same-day or next-day requests.

Can I change my date, group size or pickup location?

Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. Changes are possible when there is availability and before the provider locks the final plan.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms depend on the activity, supplier, date and season. The manager confirms the active cancellation and weather policy before payment.

What happens if I am late or miss pickup?

Please be ready at the confirmed pickup point on time. Once a booking is confirmed and pickup details are agreed, no-shows or very late arrivals may be charged according to the confirmed policy.

What happens if weather is bad?

Weather-sensitive activities such as surf, snow, wakeboarding and balloon flights can be adjusted, rescheduled or cancelled when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Can beginners join surf, snow and wakeboarding trips?

Yes. Surf, snow and wakeboarding options can be arranged for beginners, families and mixed-ability groups. Tell us your level before confirmation.

Can non-surfers or non-skiers join?

Yes. Friends or partners can join many trips and relax at the beach, in the mountains or nearby while others do the activity.

When is the snow season in Oukaimeden?

Oukaimeden is seasonal. Snow is usually possible in winter, often from January to late March or April, but conditions are never guaranteed and must be checked near the trip date.

Is Morocco good for surf all year?

Yes. Morocco can offer surf year-round. Summer is usually smaller and warmer, while winter can bring stronger waves. We choose suitable spots based on your level and conditions.

Are trips private or shared?

Some trips can be private and some can run as shared or small-group experiences. Send your group size and preference so we can confirm the right option.

Can solo travelers book?

Yes. Solo travelers are welcome. We can help with safe pickup planning and recommend the best available option for your date.

Are children and families accepted?

Families are welcome on many activities. Please send the ages of children so we can confirm safety, vehicle seats, equipment sizes and the best schedule.

What languages are available?

English, French and Arabic support can usually be arranged. Specific guide language availability is confirmed for each activity before payment.

What should I bring?

Bring comfortable clothes, sunscreen, water, phone, cash for personal expenses and any medicine you need. For surf bring swimwear and towel. For snow bring warm waterproof clothing.

What should I wear in Morocco?

Normal beachwear is fine at the beach. In town, shorts and T-shirts are common, but covering shoulders and knees is respectful in traditional areas.

Do I need a visa for Morocco?

Visa rules depend on your passport. Many travelers can visit Morocco visa-free for short stays, but you are responsible for checking current entry rules before travel.

What currency should I use?

Morocco uses Moroccan Dirham (MAD). ATMs and exchange services are available at Marrakech airport and in the city. Some activities may quote EUR, but local cash is useful.

Will my phone and internet work?

Most international phones work in Morocco if roaming is enabled. Local SIM cards and Wi-Fi are easy to find in Marrakech and major travel areas.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes. Guests are responsible for adequate travel insurance covering their trip, activities, belongings, medical needs, loss, theft, damage and injury.

Do I need vaccinations?

The old FAQ noted no special vaccinations are usually required for Morocco, but health advice can change. Check your doctor or official travel health guidance before travel.

Where can I see my voucher?

After submitting a valid request, the website opens your thank-you page and voucher link. The voucher shows your reference, trip details, payment status and policy snapshot.

How do I avoid unnecessary messages?

Check this Help page and your voucher first. If you still need help, send one WhatsApp message with your booking reference and all details in the same message.
